Obtaining Access to AgentU
For Agents Licensed to Sell Travelers Products
To access the courses on this site, you'll need to log in using your Agent HQ user name and password. Most agents are granted access to Agent HQ by their Agency User Administrator.
If you have forgotten your user name or password, please visit the Agent HQ Log-in Page and follow the instructions for recovering your profile info.
If you are licensed with Travelers but haven't yet been given access to Agent HQ, there are several options available to you:
- First, contact the Agency User Administrator in your office. This associate is authorized to create an Agent HQ profile for you, which will also allow you to view and enroll for courses on AgentU.
- If you deal primarily in Business Insurance and/or Commercial Accounts and your agency does not have an Agency User Administrator, you can use this form to request access to Agent HQ.
- If you primarily write Small Business Insurance (Select Accounts), please contact your local Travelers Select Accounts representative.
For Agents Who are Not Yet Licensed to Sell Travelers Products
